Why Join a Support Group?
There is something profoundly healing about being witnessed and understood by others who share similar journeys. Support groups offer a unique space where you can:
- •Feel less alone in your experiences and challenges
- •Learn from others' insights and perspectives
- •Practice new ways of relating in a safe environment
- •Receive support while also supporting others
All groups are facilitated by me in a structured, confidential, and psychologically safe environment.
