"Just wanted to tell that what you taught in OB and Industrial Psychology helped me a lot to figure out situational problems in interview and in my last behavioural round with CHRO. Thank you for always giving clarity on this in class. Dr. Suparna Majumdar was my mentor during my two years of Masters in Human Capital Management and Employee Relations course in MILS, Parel. Throughout those 2 years she focused on Industrial Psychology and Organizational Behaviour. Her guidance helped me in interviews and group discussions for college placements as they were majorly focused on Behavioural Presentation, Case studies, Situation & Application based questions as well as in Theories which covered topics like Personality, Perception, Emotional Intelligence, Motivation etc. Her mentorship and feedback has helped me to see Psychology in organizational perspective and how relevant it is at the workplace. I am thankful for her guidance."

"Recently, I had the opportunity to attend an Emotional Intelligence Workshop conducted by Dr. Suparna Majumdar and the experience has been truly amazing. The session started with the professor asking us to sit in groups, encouraging collaboration from the start. This helped for understanding emotions and emotional intelligence in a shared, interactive environment. We explored the core concepts of emotional intelligence including how it impacts both personal and professional relationships. One of the highlights was engaging in activities like the Johari Window, which allowed us to gain deeper self-awareness. Additionally, we watched an insightful video by Daniel Goleman, a pioneer in the field, which shed light on the significance of empathy, self-regulation and social skills. The session emphasized self-reflection, encouraging us to pause and assess our own emotional responses and behaviors. These exercises not only helped us connect with our own emotions but also taught us how to better understand the emotions of those around us."

"Attending Dr. Suparna Majumdar's workshop was truly transformative for me. The sessions blended theory, practical skills, and interactive activities in a way that made learning engaging and impactful. I came away with a deeper sense of self-awareness, practical approaches to problem-solving, and helpful communication skills for both personal and professional situations. We explored important topics like overcoming psychological barriers, effective decision-making, and understanding different social styles in the workplace. The team-building exercises and hands-on activities made the experience enjoyable and gave me valuable tools I continue to use. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking to grow."
