Counselling & Therapy
Compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic support for your journey of healing and growth
A Safe Space for Transformation
Life presents us with challenges—relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity questions, and transitions. In these moments, having a trusted professional to walk alongside you can make all the difference.
I offer individual counselling and therapy rooted in Transactional Analysis (TA), Integral Somatic Psychology, Gestalt therapy, and Psychodrama. These approaches share a common thread: they honor your autonomy, focus on present awareness, and invite you to be an active participant in your healing.
Whether you're seeking short-term support for a specific issue or longer-term depth work, I create a non-judgmental, confidential space where you can explore, understand, and transform.
My Therapeutic Approaches
Transactional Analysis (TA)
TA helps you understand your communication patterns, ego states (Parent, Adult, Child), and life scripts—the unconscious plans formed in childhood that shape your present.
What we explore:
- •How you relate to yourself and others
- •Recurring relationship patterns
- •Early decisions and beliefs
- •Creating new, healthier scripts
Integral Somatic Psychology
Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP) bridges body and mind, helping you access, tolerate, and integrate emotions and bodily experiences at a deeper level. By expanding your embodied capacity, ISP enables more complete healing of emotional difficulties and trauma.
What we explore:
- •Connecting with bodily sensations
- •Expanding emotional tolerance and capacity
- •Processing trauma through the body
- •Integrating mind-body experiences
Gestalt Therapy
Gestalt therapy emphasizes present-moment awareness, personal responsibility, and authentic contact. We work with what's emerging in the here-and-now rather than dwelling in the past.
What we explore:
- •Present-moment experience
- •Bodily sensations and emotions
- •Unfinished business and blocked energy
- •Integration of disowned parts
Psychodrama
Psychodrama uses action methods—role-play, embodiment, and creative expression—to explore experiences in ways words alone cannot. It's particularly powerful for trauma and relational work.
What we explore:
- •Embodied experiences and memories
- •Role exploration and perspective-taking
- •Healing through action and expression
- •Spontaneity and creativity
