Dance, when you're broken open. Dance, if you've torn the bandage off. Dance in the middle of the fighting.

What is Psychodrama?

Psychodrama is an action-based therapeutic approach that uses spontaneity, creativity, and embodied expression to explore experiences, heal wounds, and unlock new possibilities. Founded by J.L. Moreno, it recognizes that some experiences need to be enacted, not just discussed.

How Psychodrama Works

In psychodrama, group members have the opportunity to be the protagonist—to explore a personal issue through action. Other members serve as auxiliary egos (representing people in the protagonist's life) or as witnesses. Through role-play, role reversal, and mirroring, profound insights and healing can emerge.
